On June 23rd , 2014 at 6:15 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Robert D. Schwartz, age 32, of 192 Ovid Street in Seneca Falls on a warrant.The arrest stems from an incident that occurred in 2009 where Schwartz was arrested for Endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct. Schwartz was originally released in 2009 with obligations in which he failed to comply with.Officers checked Schwartz’s last know address and he was taken into custody without incident.Schwartz was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Laquidari and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail. Schwartz is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 10th, 2014 at 5:00 pm.
