On 06/22/14 at 5:27am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shane D. Mendez, age 26, of 54 E. North Street, Geneva, NY. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 414 near McDonald’s where Police observed Mendez operating his motor vehicle in the Southbound lane while traveling Northbound on State Route 414. Mendez was charged with Failure to Keep Right and Driving While Intoxicated. Mendez was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 cash / $3000 bond. Mendez is scheduled to answer the charges at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 07/09/14 at 9:00am.
