On 06/21/14 at approximately 2:15 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael V. Landi, age 47, of 96 Mynderse Street, Seneca Falls, NY for DWI following a police investigation. Town police state that they received a report of a possible intoxicated driver leaving a local establishment and were given a description of the vehicle along with the registration information of the vehicle. The vehicle was located by police and it was determined that Landi was the operator of the motor vehicle in question. Landi was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. He was also charged with Aggravated DWI by BAC of 0.18% or Higher and released on traffic tickets. He is to appear in Town Court on 06/30/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
