The Seneca Falls Water Department’s Auburn Road Water Tower is back online. At no time was the water supply compromised to any of our customers. Additional testing was completed at several alternate locations to ensure our water quality. The repair process is nearly complete. The remaining work will have no impact on our water supply. The Seneca Falls Water Department is appreciative of the patience and understanding of all those who have been affected by this project. The project was necessary for long term use of the water tower. The water tower is a vital portion of the supply system. Being able to produce and supply quality water to our residents and businesses is crucial to our community’s future. As always we want to keep you updated and informed about your drinking water. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at 315-568-6211. You may also find information online at www.senecafalls.com, and http://www.awwa.org, and http://epa.gov.
