On Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm, Seneca County Sheriff Investigators arrested Brian K. Nogiewich, age 55 of 9137 Silsbee Road in Hammondsport for grand larceny in the 3rd degree, scheme to defraud in the 1st degree and petit larceny. The grand larceny charge stems from an incident in the Village of Waterloo in which Nogiewich received an $8000 down payment from a Village of Waterloo resident for the purchase of a home including remodeling work and making false promises and failing to give a full refund as he promised.The petit larceny charge stems from an incident in the Town of Fayette in which Nogiewich received $460 from a Town of Fayette resident for generator parts and labor and never receiving the parts or any refund.The scheme to defraud 1st charge stems from the incidents above in which Nogiewich received the $8000 cash from the Village of Waterloo resident, the $460 cash from the Town of Fayette resident, $2700 cash from a City of Geneva resident for the purchase of a home and making false promises and $1000 cash from a Town of Seneca Falls resident in which Nogiewich was previously arrested for on June 5th, 2014 and never providing work or making any refunds.Nogiewich was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the above charges and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond bail and is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 26, 2014 to answer to the charges.Nogiewich is a contractor using the alias to all above victims known as “Brian Keith” under his business name Everlast Builders Remodelers.
