The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce has announced thatit will host a Ribbon Cutting and Open House event to introduce one of itsnewest members- Seneca Lake Wine & Spirits in Waterloo. The event will take place on Wednesday July 2nd from 2-4pm with the officialceremony and ribbon cutting to occur at 3pm.
