On June 10th at 1:30 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lisa L. Smith, age 35 of 115 Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls for Menacing and Harassment. The arrest stems from a domestic incident where Smith is accused of threatening a male with a knife.Smith was charged with Menacing in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment in the second degree, a violation. Smith was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court in front of Honorable Judge Mills.Judge Mills set bail of $2000.00 cash or $4000.00 bail bond, which Smith was able to post. She was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 11, 2014 at 9:00 am.
