Jason S. Joslyn, age 28, and Lisa M. Joslyn, age 34, both of Montour Falls, were arrested on Wednesday and charged with Welfare fraud in the firth degree, a class A misdemeanor and offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree a class E felony.The charges allege that the couple lied on a public assistance benefit application which resulted in them receiving public assistance benefits that they were not entitled to.They were both arraigned in the Village of Montour Falls Court and remanded to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond each.
