Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Thursday morning shortly after midnight, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Vyonne J. Elliott, age 44 of 79 Cottage Street in Auburn, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree.Sheriff’s Deputies report that during a traffic stop on Rt 5 in the Town of Tyre, Elliott was stopped for speeding and found to be operating the vehicle on a suspended license. Upon further investigation, Mr Elliott was also found to have a quantity of cocaine on his person.Elliott was arraigned by Town of Seneca Falls Judge Laquidari and was remanded to the Seneca County Jail without bail. Elliott is to reappear before the Town of Tyre Court in front of Judge Mills on June 17th, 2014 at 5:00 pm.
