On 6.10.2014 @ 7pm, the Geneva Police Department investigated a Robbery in the Second Degree. 3 suspects were involved in the beating and Robbery of the 26 Year old male in which money and property were stolen. The third suspect was a 15 year old male and resident of the City of Geneva. The Robbery occurred on North Genesee Street near North Street; the suspects attempted to flee the scene upon police arrival but were quickly apprehended by marked Police Units.Arrested were:Gian-Carlos Matos-Montes, 255 Lyons Road, Geneva, New York 19 YOA, Male Anthony J. Terry, 23 Pulteney Street, Geneva, New York 17 YOA, Male Juvenile, Male Charges: Robbery in the Second Degree, Class C FelonySubjects were arraigned and sent to Ontario County Jail on $7500/15000 and will reappear in Geneva City Court on 6.12.2014 @ 0900. The juvenile in this matter will be dealt with separately at a later date.
