On Saturday at about 6:14 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ryan M. Mendez, age 18 of 2040 Black Brook Road in Seneca Falls, for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest stems from a warrant that was issued after a domestic incident that occurred on June 2, 2014 at a Black Brook Road home in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Mendez was charged with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor and Disorderly Conduct, a violation. Mendez was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Jugde Laquidari. Judge Laquidari released Mendez on his own recognizance and is scheduled to re-appear in court on July 9, 2014 at 9:00 am.
