The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 06/06/2014 at 2:50 pm Deputies arrested Jeremy M. Young age 19 of 4887 State Rt. 96A Romulus, NY for the charge of Falsely Reporting an Incident in the 2nd degree. Deputies report Young tampered with a sprinkler head causing the Fire Department and the Sheriff’s office to respond to the 4887 State Rt. 96A address in the Town of Varick . Young was Committed to the Seneca County Jail by the Town of Ovid Court and is held on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 Secured Bond. Young is scheduled to reappear back in the Town of Ovid Court at a later date.Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on June 6th, 2014 at 4:00 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jeremy M. Young age 19 of 4887 State Route 96A Romulus, New York for criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony. It is alleged that Young was involved in an altercation at a Town of Varick business and damaged two separate vehicles. Young was arraigned before the Town of Ovid Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 bail/$1,000.00 bond. Young is to reappear before the Town of Ovid Court on June 11th, 2014 at 10:30 am.
