On Friday at approximately 5:09 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Thomas R. McNeill, age 23, of 1722 Dawson Road in Waterloo, following a police investigation into a larceny at a town business.McNeill is accused of taking money from the business without having permission to do so. Police state that following the larceny, McNeill then left the scene in a vehicle. McNeill was stopped on State Route 414 and North Road after a town police officer located a vehicle matching the description given and was able to positively identify McNeill as the driver of that vehicle. A license check also showed that McNeill was driving with a suspended license.McNeill faces charges of Petit Larceny and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree. He was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Town Court on 06/19/14 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
