Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 6/4/14 at 9:13pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 30 year old Joshua A. Randall of 7500 County Road 129 in Ovid for unlawful possession of Marihuana. The arrest stems from a Traffic stop on Cayuga Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Sheriff Deputies report they stopped Randall while he was driving on Cayuga Street for having Studded snow tires on his vehicle after May 1st. Randall was also found to be in possession of marihuana and was issued an appearance for upm as well as a utt for use of studded tires after may 1st, both returnable to the Town of Seneca Falls court on the 30th of june at 7pm.
