On Thursday morning, the Geneva Police Department concluded an approximately six week investigation into the sale of Heroin, Cocaine & Crack & Prostitution from 110 Seneca Street Apartment 5 in City of Geneva. The investigation resulted in the arrest of one suspect at his residence, 110 Seneca Street Apt #5, in the City of Geneva.The suspect, 38-year-old David L. Robinson, was charged with 1 count of Criminal Nuisance in the First Degree and has several other felonies pending relating to the sale of crack cocaine. The subject allowed drugs to be sold from his residence by various suspects from the City of Rochester. Several other subjects have felony charges pending at this time. Other Felony charges related to the sale of crack cocaine are pending.Robinson was arraigned and sent to Ontario County Jail on no bail due to his previous felony convictions and will reappear in Geneva City Court.
