The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Investigators on 5/30/14 at 9:50 am arrested John W. Jones age 32 currently incarcerated at the Seneca County Correctional Facility for promoting prison contraband in the first degree. The charge stems from search of Jones’s cell where officers located an item Jones made to be used as a dangerous instrument. He was remanded on the charge back to the correctional facility on $5000 cash or $10,000 bond bail and is to re-appear in court on June 6, 2014 to answer to the charge.
