The 2nd Annual Flag Day Family Cookout will be held on Saturday, June 14th from 11:00 to 5:00 at Vince’s Park, Corner of Rt. 318 and Rts. 5 & 20 east of Seneca Falls. This is an event to honor our flag, America, and those who have defended them both. A short ceremony at 11:30 will emphasize our gratitude for all of these.BBQ by Dewey’s starts at noon, followed by live music by Fusion, and many games and activities, including pony rides, a dunk tank, softball, and swimming. At 4:00 we will participate in joining with others across our nation in singing the “Star Spangled Banner” as part of the Smithsonian’s “Raise It Up” celebration of the 200th anniversary of our national anthem.
