On May 30, 2014 at about 11:00 am the Seneca County Probation Department, assisted by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jessica L Hussey, age 21, of 2133 State Route 5 & 20, Seneca Falls. Hussey was charged with violation of probation. The arrest stems from a home visit probation officers conducted of Hussey’s home. The search revealed several items of drug paraphernalia. Hussey was arrested and taken directly to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Hussey is scheduled to appear in the Seneca County Court at a later date. She is being held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail or no bond. On June 1, 2014 at about 1:49 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Teresa A Longwell, age 49, of 47 Mynderse Street, Seneca Falls. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where Longwell was pulled over for her vehicle being suspended for insurance not in effect. After a check of Longwell’s license that too showed suspended. Longwell was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree, a misdemeanor and Operating while registration suspended or revoked, also a misdemeanor. Longwell was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 16, 2014 at 6:00 pm to answer for the charges.
