On 05/28/14 at approximately 11:56 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anna M. Fenton, age 28, no permanent address, on a charge of Petit Larceny. She is accused of stealing jewelry from a town resident while staying at the resident’s home briefly. She was arraigned in town court and committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and has to reappear in court on 06/05/15 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charge. On 05/30/14 at approximately 12:56 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Thomas M. Risley, age 35, of 108 Vienna Road, Lot 60, Newark, NY on a bench warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on the original charge of Petit Larceny. He was arraigned in town court and committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and has to reappear in court on 06/18/14 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charge. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest. On 05/30/14 at approximately 9:28 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Stacie L. Luffman, age 29, of 2738 Thorpe Road, Seneca Falls, NY for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration. Police were conducting a vehicle checkpoint on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls and she was observed operating a motor vehicle while passing through the checkpoint. She was also charged with Operating without Insurance and released on traffic tickets. She is to appear in town court on 06/23/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
