Unlawful imprisonment arrest in Waterloo

On Friday at about 8:30 am, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Michael A. Brewer, age 37 of 35 Wycliffe Road in Waterloo, for Criminal Mischief 4th degree, unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd degree.Mr. Brewer is accused of engaging in a physical altercation with another person, holding the person against their will and causing damage to the person’s personal property. Mr. Brewer was arraigned in Waterloo Village court and was released on his own recognizance to appear at a later date.A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim against Mr. Brewer.Waterloo Police were assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department and the NYSP.
