On Tuesday at about 2:00 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ryan A Borrell, age 23 of 43292 Wayside Circle in Ashburn, Virginia, on numerous vehicle and traffic charges following a pursuit. Borrell was observed by deputies driving his motorcycle at 74 MPH in a 40 Zone passing a car on Bayard St. Extension in the Town of Seneca Falls. Deputies attempted to stop Borrell at which time he sped away.Borrell failed to stop at intersection of Bayard St and Rt 89 and continued North on Rt 89. Borrell continued at a high rate of speed on Rt 89 passing cars.Borell was apprehended on Hyatt Rd in Seneca Falls and was charged with the following…Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer ( Class A Misdemeanor)Speeding 74-40Speeding 100 -55Fail to stop at a stop signUnsafe PassingFailure to Keep rightFailure to yield to an emergency vehicleBor ell was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court and committed to Jail in lieu of $1,500.00 Cash $3,000.00 Bond and he is to re appear in Court on July 10.Deputies were assisted by the NY State Police and Seneca Falls PD.
