Motorcyclist arrested after Seneca Falls chase

On Tuesday at about 2:00 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ryan A Borrell, age 23 of 43292 Wayside Circle in Ashburn, Virginia, on numerous vehicle and traffic charges following a pursuit. Borrell was observed by deputies driving his motorcycle at 74 MPH in a 40 Zone passing a car on Bayard St. Extension in the Town of Seneca Falls. Deputies attempted to stop Borrell at which time he sped away.Borrell failed to stop at intersection of Bayard St and Rt 89 and continued North on Rt 89.
