The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on May 28th, 2014 at 11:47 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Colton R Price, 19, of 1170 Whiskey Hill Rd, on Gassner Rd in the Town of Junius. Price was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% of 1% or more, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 3rd degree and Failure to Keep Right. Price was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Junius Court on June 24th 2014 to answer the charges.
