On May 28th, 2014 at 8:00 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas A. Torres Jr., age 24, of 7700 Devaul Road Building Lot #20, Kirkville, New York on a warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The warrant was for Failure to to pay fine on the original charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, Conspiracy in the 6th degree and Petite Larceny. Torres was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler and committed to the SCCF on $2500 cash bail or $5000 Ins. Bond. Torres is to re-appear on June 18th, 2014 at 9:00am.
