Waterloo woman w/ knife makes threat, does damage

On Tuesday, Waterloo Police arrested Fern E. Batson-Cronin, age 40, of W. Main Street in Waterloo, on charges of Menacing 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief 4th.Batson-Cronin is accused of threatening a male with a knife and then using the knife to cause damage to the males property.She was sent to the SCCF on $1500/$3000 bail and an order of protection was issued for the victim. SCSD assisted in the case.
