On Wednesday evening at about 11:00 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dylan O. Spano, age 61 of Chapel Street, Seneca Falls after he was spotted looking into the windows of a Rumsey Street home.Spano was charged with trespass which is a violation. The arrest stems from an incident where Spano allegedly walked onto someones property on Rumsey Street in the Town of Seneca Falls and looked into their windows.Spano was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler released Spano on his own recognizance. Spano is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 4th, 2014 at 10:00 pm.
