On May 22, 2014 at 3:37 p.m. Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Cortland County man following a traffic on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle on State Route 5 for a cell. Phone violation and found a passenger in the vehicle was wanted out of Cortland County on 3 separate warrants. Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 30 year old Joseph A. Holl of 12 South Fulton Street Cortland for fail to pay fine out of Cortland County. Holl was transported to Cortland County and turned over to City Police. No local charges were filed and the driver of the vehicle was released on a traffic ticket for operating a cell. phone while driving.
