The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District Board of Education is pleased to announce that Jamie Farr has been appointed as the Phelps-Clifton Springs Superintendent of Schools, subject to the completion of the proposed agreement between the parties which will be offered for approval and acceptance at the June Board of Education meeting. His contract begins July 1, 2014.Farr began his educational career as a Health Educator for Midlakes CSD in September, 1999. Over the past fifteen years, Farr has served the district in many different capacities including: Dean of Students, Assistant Principal of the high school, Principal for the middle school, and Principal of Midlakes middle and High school.
