The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, that on Monday at 7:13 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Jacob M. Laun, age 16 of 4887 Route 96A Bld.704 in Romulus, for one court of criminal mischief in the 4th degree a class A misdemeanor.It is alleged that Laun smashed out a window at a Town of Varick business.Laun was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Varick Court on 06-11-14 at 7:00pm to answer to the charge.
