On Wednesday, at about 12:27 PM, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher J. Bilia, age 21, of Bridge Street Seneca Falls, New York.Police charged Bilia with one count of animal cruelty for allegedly stabbing a dog on May 13th at his residence.Bilia was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Judge Lafler and was ROR’d.Bilia was also arraigned for Violation of Probation as a result of the cruelty arrest by the Seneca County Probation Department. He was committed without bail for the Probation Violation and is to reappear on June 4th, 2014 at 10am.
