On 05/09/14 at approximately 11:48 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeffrey M. Stannard, age 37, of 338 Hemstreet Road, Schaghticoke, NY for DWI following a traffic stop. Police stopped Stannard’s vehicle after it was observed operating on a street in the Town of Seneca Falls without any headlights on. He was also charged with Operating with No Headlights and DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or Higher. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and ROR’d. He is to reappear in court on 06/04/14 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
