On Wednesday the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Elmira, NY man on charges of Sexual Abuse.Anwar Ahmed (age 57) of Farr Lane Elmira, NY is charged with one count of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (class “B” misdemeanor) for allegedly inappropriately touching an adult female.Ahmed is released on an appearance ticket to the Watkins Glen Village Court .
