Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff’s Deputies, along with Officers from the Waterloo and Seneca Falls Police Departments will be conducting a child safety seat check on Saturday May 17, 2014 at the Waterloo Fire Department on Water Street in Waterloo. The event will run from 9 AM to approximately 2 PM.Specially trained Sheriff’s Deputies and Police Officers, will inspect car seats for proper fit and installation during this event, if the car seat does not pass inspec tion a new car seat will be provided and fitted to the child as well as installed properly in the vehicle.
