On 05/11/2014 at approximately 10:40 PM, Deputies stopped a vehicle on State Route 5 and 20 in the Town of Waterloo for an equipment violation. Upon further investigation, the following people were arrested:The driver, Karl E. Haley, age 19, of 346 Sandybrook Dr. Hamlin, New York, was charged with Inadequate Lights, Unlicensed Operator, Unlawful Possesion of Marihuana, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree (Class E Felony) Haley was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court and Committed to the Custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2500/$5000 bond. Passenger, Ray Gonzalez-Rivera, age 22, of 15 Gordon St. Brockport, New York was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree (Class E Felony) Gonzalez-Rivera was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court and Committed to the Custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2500/$5000 bond. Passenger, Janelle L. Draper, age 17, of 15 Gordon St. Brockport, New York was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree (Class E Felony) Draper was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court and Committed to the Custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $250/$500 bond. Passenger, Jordan W. Hardy Jr. age 20, of 858 North St., Rochester New York, was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree (Class E Felony) Hardy Jr. was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court and Committed to the Custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2500/$5000 bond. It is alleged that all individuals in the vehicle possessed over $2100 worth of stolen items from a Cayuga County business. All suspects are scheduled to appear for a Felony Hearing at the Town of Fayette Court on 05/15/14 at 2:30PM. The New York State Police assisted in the investigation.
