After the rain this morning, thunderstorms are bringing a threat for flash flooding across parts of the Finger Lakes this evening.Livingston, Ontario, Wayne and northern Cayuga Counties are under a FLASH FLOOD WARNING until 12:30am. This means that heavy rain will cause areas of flooding.The radar image abovet shows how much rain has fallen today. As the oranges turn to red, 2″ or more has come down quickly today.Never ever drive through a flooded roadway. If you are in a flood prone area, monitor water levels closely.Thunderstorms will also be capable of producing small hail and localized damaging winds.
