Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 14 year old Town of Varick resident on May 12, 2014 At 1121 am. The 14 year old was charged with Assault 2nd a Class D Felony and Criminal Mischief 4th. Charges stem from a April 30th incident where the 14 year old allegedly struck a 29 year Waterloo resident causing serious physical injury. It is further alleged that the 14 year old also broke light fixtures and bulbs during the incident. The 14 year old was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
