Jason C. Doughty, 41, of Corning was arrested by Penn Yan Police after a traffic stop on Lake Street in the Village. A check of Doughty’s license revealed that his driving privileges were suspended for failure to pay child support and failure to pay fine out of the Village of Bath Court. Doughty was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree and Obstructed License Plate. Doughty was arraigned in the the Village of Penn yan Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail on bail.
