On Friday morning, Seneca County Sheriff investigators arrested Marshall J. Wood, III, age 17, of Cayuga Drive in Waterloo and charged him with sexual abuse in the first degree (class D felony), forcible touching (class A misdemeanor), and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child (class A misdemeanor). It is alleged that Wood was inappropriately touching two young girls.Wood was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and was remanded to the Seneca Co. Correctional Facility on $3,000.00 cash bail/ $6,000.00 secured bond.An order of protection was also issued on behalf of the victims.Wood is to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on May 22, 2014.
