On May 9th, 2014 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tonya M. Thorpe, age 28, of 2133 State Route 5 & 20 apt 8A, Seneca Falls for violating the Town of Seneca Falls noise ordinance, a violation. The arrest stems from a noise complaint of loud music and people at the Stanton Meadows apartment complex in the Town of Seneca Falls, where Thorpe is a resident. Thorpe was issued an appearance ticket, and released, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 22nd, 2014 at 10:00 am. On May 8th, 2014 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Sara A. Stull, age 28, of 4546 Blossom Road, Canandaigua, New york. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on Balsley Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. Stull was pulled over for using a cellular device while operating a motor vehicle. When officers ran Stull’s drivers license is came back suspended, Stull was also charged with Aggravated unlicensed Operation in the third degree which is a misdemeanor. Stull was issued two tickets and released, she is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 22nd, 2014 at 10:00 am. On May 8th, 2014 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Todd W. Zwigard, age 54, of 51 Fennell Street, Skaneateles, New York. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on Ovid Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Zwigard was pulled over for Speeding. Upon further investigation, it was learned Zwigard had a suspended license. Zwigard was charged with Aggravated unlicensed Operation in the third degree which is a misdemeanor and Speed in Zone. Zwigard was issued two tickets and released, he is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 19th, 2014 at 6:00pmOn May 8th, 2014 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Maxwell T. Peters, age 22, of 2156 Buffalo Street, Stanley, New York. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the traffic stop, Officers learned Peters was in possession of a quantity of Marijuana. Peters was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation and two traffic infractions. Peters was released on tickets and he is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 19th, 2014 at 6:00.
