Senator Mike Nozzolio attended the 38th Annual NYS Police Superintendents Commendation and Awards Day Ceremony today, where he presented a special New York State Legislative resolution honoring Trooper Jeffery Arnold of Clifton Springs. Trooper Arnold was awarded the 2014 Superintendent’s Commendation Award for his outstanding police work while investigating a Seneca County homicide in 2008.
