On May 1st, 2014 at about 8:50pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Sheryl L. Avery, age 39, of 28 Auburn Road, Seneca Falls for Aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree which is a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where the officer stopped Avery for failing to stop at a stop sign. Avery was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 15th, 2014 at 10:00 am. On May 2nd, 2014 at about 10:31 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Robbie A. Seeley, age 29, of 2133 State Route 5 Apt 25B, Seneca Falls on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The warrant stems from a DWAI, AUO 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana charges that Seeley failed to pay his fine on. Seeley was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Seeley was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500.00 cash or $3000.00 bail bond. Seeley is scheduled to re-appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 8th, 2014 at 5:00pmOn May 3rd, 2014 at about 7:50 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas J. King, age 33, of 25 Peterman Road Apt F1, Seneca Falls on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The warrant stems from DWI, DWAI and AUO 3rd charges that King failed to pay his fine on. King was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler. King was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500.00 cash or $3000.00 bail bond. King is scheduled to re-appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 8th, 2014 at 5:00pmOn May 3rd, 2014 at about 8:14 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Timothy P. Abell, age 35, of 222 Fall Street, Seneca Falls on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The warrant stems from a DWI charge that Abell failed to pay his fine on. Abell was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Abell was able to pay the balance of his fine at court and was released from custody. On 05/03/14 at 1033hrs, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dakota M. Huffine, age 25, of 825 Dawes Rd. Fort Walton Beach, Florida on three separate warrants issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Huffine was arrested on warrants for Criminal Trespass, Failure to Appear on a Falsely Reporting an Incident Charge and Violation of Pre Trial Release. Huffine was arraigned in Town of Junius Court and committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail/$2000 ins bond on the Failure to Appear and Violation of Pre Trial Release Charges. Huffine was also committed to the SCCF on $1500 cash bail/$3000 ins bond on the Criminal Trespass Charge. Huffine is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 05/08/14 at 1800hrs. Town of Seneca Falls Police were assisted by the Ontario County Sheriffs Office.
