The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on may 2nd at 11:15pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 50 year old Audrey J. Grady of 1727 LEader road in Waterloo for DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on Maple Lane just off of West River Street in the Village of Waterloo after Grady’s vehicle was observed by Deputies Failing to keep right and crossing into the oncoming lane on West River Street. After a further investigation, Grady was charged with failure to keep right, DWI, Including Aggravated DWI BAC .18% or greater and auo. Grady was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and ROR’D on the Charges. She is to re-appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on the 4th of June at 9am to answer the charges.
