The Seneca Co. Sheriff reports that on 04/25/14 investigators arrested Kenneth D. Edington, age 54 of Wagner St. in Waterloo. Investigators charged Edington with four counts of forcible touching and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.The charges stem from an investigation into allegations that Edington inappropriately touched a 13 year old female on at least four occasions in 2012.Edington was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $4,500.00 bail/ $9,000.00 bond. Edington is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on May 22, 2014 to answer the charge.The investigation is ongoing.
