The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 5-2-14 at about 9:44 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sheili Davila, age 16 of 4887 Rt 96a , Romulus, on a charge of falsely reporting an incident in the second degree. Charges stem from Davila alledgedly pulling a fire alarm at a Town of Varick business, where there was no fire or emergency to report. Davila was arraigned before the Town of Ovid Court, committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash, $2000 bail bond. Davila is to appear before the Town of Varick Court on 05/25/14 at 7:00 PM to answer to the charge.
