The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on May 3, 2014 at 12:40 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jeffrey M Wilber, 52, of 217 East Main St Waterloo NY, on State Route 5&20 in the Village of Waterloo. Wilber was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% of 1% or more and Failure to Keep Right. Wilber was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on May 28th 2014 to answer the charges.
