The Village of Waterloo Police Department reports that on Thursday evening at 5:45 pm the Village of Waterloo Police arrested Jeffrey W. Jones, age 42 of South Seneca St. in Waterloo, following a domestic incident that took place on 4/30/14. It is alleged that Jones made threatening motions with a knife and would not allow a female individual to leave the residence. Jones is charged with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, menacing in the second degree, and harassment in the second degree.Jones was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo court and is scheduled to appear at a later date.
