On Saturday at approximately 1:27 pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Amy M. Weeman, age 43 and Tabitha H. Nickerson, age 23 both residing at 25 Peterman Road Apt. A1 in Seneca Falls, following a police investigation into a larceny that occurred at the Walmart Super Center in the Town of Seneca Falls.Both parties are accused of entering the business and taking over $688 in merchandise and leaving the business without paying.Weeman and Nickerson were both charge with one count of Petit Larceny and one count of Conspiracy in the 6th Degree. Weeman and Nickerson were both arraigned in the Town of Fayette Town Count.Weeman was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash/$1,000 ins. bond. Weeman is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on April 28, 2014 at 6 pm. Nickerson was release ROR’d and is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on May 8th at 10 am.
