On April 28th, 2014 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Patrick A Stone, age 22, of 97 East Bayard Street, Seneca Falls. Stone was charged with Menacing in the second degree which is a misdemeanor, and with conspiracy in the sixth degree which also is a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an incident on April 14th, 2014, that occurred on Green Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Stone was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler committed Stone to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000.00 cash or $4000.00 bail bond. Stone is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 14th, 2014 at 9:00 am. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
