On the 29th of April 2014 at 1:47am, the Seneca County Sheriffs Office Arrested Glen M. Masner II age 43 of 6717 Raymond Ave, Oneida NY for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred around 1:30am on State Route 414 in the Town of Fayette. Sheriff’s Deputies stopped the vehicle Masner was operating after committing several vehicle and traffic violations. Masner was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, Un-inspected Motor Vehicle, and driving with inadequate plate lamps. Masner was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court where is was ROR’d. Masner is to reappear in the Town of Fayette Court on the 4th of June 2014 at 7:00pm.
