On April 23th, 2014 at about 11:50 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael S. Devine, age 22, of Fall Street, Seneca Falls for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest stems from several complaints that were received of loud music at Devine’s residence. Devine was issued an appearance ticket for Disorderly Conduct, a violation. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/28/2014 at 6:00 pm.On April 24th, 2014 at about 3:16 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Vincent L. McDermott, age 20, of 63 Garden Street, Seneca Falls for Harassment in the second degree and Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree. The arrest stems from a domestic incident that took place in the Town of Seneca Falls. McDermott was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler released McDermott on his own Recognizance and he is scheduled to re-appear in court on May 14th, 2014 at 9:00 am.On April 26th, 2014 at 9:52pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Whitney M. Haremaker, age 27, of 32 White Street Seneca Falls. Haremaker was stopped on Garden Street and charged with Inadequate Headlights and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the third degree. Haremaker was released on UTT’s and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 19th, 2014 at 6:00pm.
