Living Healthy Workshops for YOU in May

Does someone you love have ongoing health issues? Do you help care for them?It’s important to take care of your own health needs too. Living Healthy workshops help people learn ways to manage the symptoms surrounding chronic conditions. Learn how to: Deal with Fatigue and Frustration – Start an Exercise Program and Increase Your Energy Level – Handle Stress and Relax – Eat Well to Live Well – Use Medications Effectively – Remain a Healthy Caregiver – Make Choices about Treatment – Talk to Doctors about Your Health Questions – Meet Personal GoalsThe Living Healthy program will be provided at the Wayne County Action Program office, 159 Montezuma St., Lyons, for 6 consecutive weeks on Tuesday afternoons 1:30-4:00, from May 6 – June 10.
